Baltimore police investigating two separate nonfatal shootings

Police looking for suspects in both incidents

Baltimore City police are investigating two separate nonfatal shootings that wounded men in their 30s Friday and Saturday.

The first occurred Friday afternoon at round 1:55 p.m., police said in a release sent Saturday morning, in the 4100 block of Eierman Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a shooting, but didn't find the 35-year-old victim until a short time later at a Northeast Baltimore hospital, where he was being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Officers are also investigating the nonfatal shooting of a 30-year-old male who was shot in the neck around 2:47 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Beaumont Avenue. The victim was last listed in stable condition, police said.

Police said they are asking for the public's help in locating potential suspects in both cases. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact the Baltimore Police Department at 410-396-2444.
