The National Weather Service is calling for Thursday to be cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 71 and east winds of 7 miles per hour becoming southerly. There is a 50 percent chance of precipitation. Patchy fog is expected before 11 a.m.

A coastal flood advisory is in effect until midnight for Harford, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties.

Thursday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 63 and southeast winds between 8 and 11 miles per hour. There is a 70 percent chance of precipitation.

Friday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 74 and south winds between 7 and 9 miles per hour. There is a 60 percent chance of precipitation.

Friday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 53, west winds between 11 and 14 miles per hour, and gusts up to 24 miles per hour. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation.
