Spenceola III dispute

October 13, 2011

Editor:

On Sept. 2, a report of theft and harassment at the hands of the president of the homeowners association regarding the 300 block of Willrich Circle was printed in the Police Blotter. This very much bothers the Board of Directors, who are a group of volunteers that work diligently to maintain the stability and harmony of the community, especially considering the matter reported did not involve any member of the Board. What we understand from the party involved is that they found the caller's items stacked up in front of their storage unit door, and moved the items to the caller's parking spot so they could enter their storage unit. The third party professed to the Board that no items were taken, only moved to the side. The President had no previous knowledge of this event until the police arrived.
