The Thunder Soccer Club Tormenta (U-15 girls) earned finalist medals in the Elite Division of the SAC United Columbus Day Tournament, Oct. 8-9, at Harford Polo Grounds. On the weekend, the girls tallied nine goals, while allowing only two, and recorded two shutouts in four games. The final was well played and ended in a draw, 1-1, against CSA Spirit from Calvert County, MD. CSA took home championship medals after a penalty-kick shootout.
