Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Robert Christopher Fleming, 21, of the first block of Mitchell Avenue, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Darrick Calvin James, 21, of the 100 block of West Aztec Street, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana.

Andre Mitchell Green, 28, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was arrested Wednesday on two bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with driving without required license and authorization and driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Thomas Marshall Burnett, 28, of the first block of Oakdale Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving uninsured vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Property was stolen from the 3400 block of Churchville Road Saturday.

Aberdeen police reports:

Marcus Dewayne Maye, 30, of the 100 block of West Deen Avenue, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Daniel James Gryglik Jr., 4, of the first block of Lewis Drive, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Four trucks were broken into and items were stolen at Thompson Electric, in the 1000 block of Hardees Drive, on Tuesday.

A GPS was stolen at La Quinta Inn, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, on Wednesday.

A snake was in an apartment in the 800 block of Long Drive Wednesday.

Abingdon

Paul William Kittle, 25, of the 200 block of Cross Pointe Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without required license and authorization, driving while his license was suspended, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol.

Joshua P. Shlossnagle, 36, of the 2500 block of Merrick Court, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Tires were slashed Sept. 29 in the 3400 block of Shrewsbury Road.

Money was stolen from a locker at Gabriel Brothers in the 3400 block of Emmorton Road Sept. 29.

A pit bull was on the loose Sept. 29 in the 700 block of Perthshire Place.

Bel Air

Enrique G. Villareal, 48, of the 900 block of Sidehill Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Kerri Elise Peterson, 19, of the 800 block of Pecan Court, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and theft less than $100.

Daniela C. Wagner, 19, of the 800 block of Pecan Court, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and theft less than $100.

A business in the 2200 block of Conowingo Road was burglarized Saturday.

Property was vandalized in the 1800 block of Selvin Drive Saturday.

A homeless man set a bonfire in the 600 block of High Plain Drive Saturday.

Bel Air police report:

Timothy John Heckman, 21, of the 100 block of West Broadway, was charged Wednesday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Abby Lynn Smith, 25, of the 200 block of Blackbarren Road in Peach Bottom, Pa., was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Belcamp

Ormon N. Harris Sr., 30, of the 200 block of Merlin Drive, was charged Thursday with failure to obey a lawful police order, disorderly conduct and obstructing and hindering police.

Someone was assaulted Sept. 29 in the 4300 block of Winners Circle.

A pot plant was growing in the 4300 block of Declaration Circle Saturday.

Tree trimmers damaged a vehicle in the 1200 block of Courtney Lane Saturday.

Darlington

Someone turfed Francis Silver Park in the 2100 block of Shuresville Road Sept. 29.

A creeper was in a neighbor's yard in the 3700 block of Dublin Road last Friday.

Edgewood

Charles Christopher Fruhling, 27, of the 2400 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Wednesday with violating a protection order.

Renard T. Browne, 45, of the 1600 block of Meadowood Court, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, obstructing and hindering police and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Tawana R. Wright, 29, of the 2100 block of Brown Court, was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Cameron Lynne Kutney, 29, of the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000, theft scheme less than $1,000, driving while her license and privilege were revoked, failure to display license on demand and displaying expired registration plates.

Kristin Noel Tourville, 28, of the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000 and theft scheme less than $1,000.

Drug paraphernalia was found Sept. 29 in the 1800 block of Steven Drive.

Someone stole an iPod from the 700 block of Court Square Way Sept. 29.
