Ngata loves hitting Brady 'because he always complains'

October 05, 2011|By Matt Vensel

Haloti Ngata did an interview with Dan Patrick that will appear in this week's issue of Sports Illustrated. The highlight, without question, was the defensive tackle telling Patrick which NFL quarterback he enjoys tackling most.

"I love hitting Tom Brady because he always complains," Ngata said. "He thinks he should never be touched."

Terrell Suggs is the resident Raven when it comes to calling out Brady for getting preferential treatment from officials, but Ngata said he doesn’t get flagged for hitting the Patriots QB because his “hits are usually clean.”

Other interview highlights included Ngata's talking about his twinkle toes, playing tight end and telling Patrick that he would “probably try to stick my knee in your neck or something” if Patrick went after his knees. Good stuff.
