Columbia Bank hires Nieberding

The Columbia Bank announced the hiring of Michael J. Nieberding as vice president of commercial banking.

In his new position, Nieberding, of Ellicott City, will be responsible for business development in the Howard County market.

A graduate of Loyola University Maryland with a master's degree in business administration, Nieberding is a member of The Walters Art Museum, Maryland/Israel Development Center, Loyola College Alumni Association, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, BRAC Business Initiatives and Howard County Tech Council.

Ellin & Tucker, Chartered, announced Todd A. Feuerman has been awarded the certified construction auditor credential by the National Association of Construction Auditors.

Feuerman, of Ellicott City, is the chairman of Ellin & Tucker's Construction Services Group. He is also a member of the National Association of Construction Auditors, Associated Builders and Contractors of Maryland, Mid-Atlantic Surety Association and Construction Financial Management Association. Feuerman also serves on the Publications Committee of the CFMA and on the National Editorial Board of PDI Global.
