Bike and Wine Tour Offered by Terrapin Adventures. Presents a bike and wine tour, featuring a 12-mile easy ride along the Little Patuxent River over paved paths and hard packed dirt. See wildlife and learn about the history of the area. Arrive at Lake Elkhorn and travel around the lake for two miles. Then enjoy some wine, cheese and bread along the lake side before heading back to the base camp. Bikes, helmet, instructions, wine, cheese and bread are provided. Beer and Fear Tour Co-hosted by the Terrapin Adventures and Rams Head Tavern. Partnering for a Beer and Fear Tour. Summer's End 5K Family Run/Walk Sponsored by CrossLife Community Church. To benefit the Elkridge Food Pantry. Featuring post-race food and music. Race course is flat, paved and free to traffic, and the run/walk will take place rain or shine. Baby stroller and wheelchairs are welcome. Bike, roller blades, scooter or motorized vehicles are not allowed.
