Shaun Joseph Farrell, 31, of the 7500 block of Kelseys Lane in Rosedale, was charged Aug. 16 with theft less than $100, driving without current tags, displaying expired registration plates issued by any state, operating unregistered vehicle, driving unregistered vehicle, possessing more than one driver's license at a time, not wearing a seat belt and speeding.
Richard Schwart or Schwarz, 25, of the first block of Hartack Court in Nottingham, was charged Aug. 16 with theft less than $1,000.
Ryan Edward Zimmerman, 31, of the 3800 block of Glenview Terrace in Baltimore, was charged Aug. 16 with failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and reckless driving.
Braulio Jose Romero, 26, of the 11000 block of New Bridge Court in Reston, Va., was charged Aug. 11 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Casey Joseph Harrigan, 22, of the 8800 block of Dove Drive in White Marsh, was charged Aug. 10 with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while his license and privilege were suspended, failure to display registration card upon demand and negligent driving.
Darryl Lee Caster, 29, of the 3300 block of Kerry Road in Gwynn Oak, was charged Aug. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and reckless driving.
