Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Connie J. Bleinberger, 52, of the 2900 block of Shelley Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Jaclyn Nicole Cook, 27, of the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Brian Wayne Cook, 41, of the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

A caller in the 3400 block of Crosswood Drive reported last Wednesday music from a loud party.

Aberdeen police report:

Cordell Oniel Smith, 19, of the 2100 block of Catherine Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana.

Erika Loreal Brandon, 28, of the 300 block of Monaco Terrace in Joppa, was charged Sunday with failure to obey designated lane directions, driving with suspended registration, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Jessica M. Meller, 21, of the first block of Lyndsey Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Joshua Spies, 26, of the 700 block of South Union Avenue in Havre de Grace, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and vandalism less than $500.

Martin Antoine Fisher, 21, of the 400 block of Elmhurst Street, was charged Friday with theft less than $1,000.

Robert Edwin Dunlap, 31, of the 3300 block of Churchville Road, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Joshua Andrew Williams, 18, of the 600 block of Plater Street, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Steven Michael Mack, 33, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Police responded to reports of someone breaking into Auction Services, in the 1200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, and stealing a safe on Monday.

A caller in the 300 block of Carter Street told police Monday a window was broken.

Police responded to reports of a stolen dog, in the 900 block of South Stepney Road, on Monday.

A caller in the 400 block of Wyn-Mar Avenue told police Monday she believed she heard gunshots.

Police responded to reports of a windshield damaged on a vehicle at Budget Inn, in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Friday.

Police responded to reports of items stolen from a truck at Harford Family House, in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, on Friday.

Police responded to reports of a man shoplifting at Target, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road, on Friday.

A caller in the 100 block of West Deen Avenue told police Saturday someone broke a side window.

A caller in the 100 block of Aztec Street told police Sunday her son took money and items from her purse.

Police responded to reports of an employee shoplifting at Mars supermarket, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road, on Sunday.

A caller in the 100 block of New County Road told police Thursday someone stole a power washer off a porch.

Police responded to reports of a man possibly trying to break into a building in the 200 block of South Rogers Street.

Sheriff's deputies and state police report:

Garry R. Moller, 21, of the 400 block of Underwood Circle, was charged Sunday with theft less than $100.

Brinda Dawn English, 22, of the 1100 block of South Tollgate Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license and privilege were suspended.

Simeon Perez-Perez, 33, of the 200 block of Fairwood Road, was charged Friday with failure to display license on demand, driving without required license and authorization and driving trailer on highway without tires in safe operating condition as required.

A caller in the 300 block of Bright Oaks Drive reported last Wednesday someone vandalized a vehicle.

Bel Air police report:

Raymond Robert Faedely III, 21, of the 100 block of McCormick Street, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff's deputies and state police report:

A caller in the 4400 block of Antrim Court reported last Wednesday noise coming from a neighbor's garage.

A caller in the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road reported last Wednesday someone stole a truck.

Edgewood

A caller in the 800 block of Fisherman Lane reported Aug. 15 someone stole a vehicle.
