The National Weather Service was calling for Friday to be mostly sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 91 degrees and winds about 6 miles per hour. There is a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3 p.m. The weather service is warning that thunderstorms could lead to flash flooding, damaging wind gusts and hail.

Friday night was expected to be most cloudy, with a low around 73 and light south winds. Any showers and thunderstorms will likely occur before midnight.

Saturday was expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 90 degrees and winds about 6 miles per hour. There is a 20 percent chance of precipitation.

Saturday night was expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 72 and south winds of 5 miles per hour or less. There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
