Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Jessica Marie Rogers, 20, of the 800 block of Gilbert Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possessing a suspended license, failure to notify administration of address change within 30 days and driving while her license and privilege were suspended.

Timothy Spurgeon Mauck, 20, of the 100 block of Poplar Hill Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Aaron Lamar Hornstra, 34, of the first block of New County Road, was arrested Monday on two bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft less than $100.

Andrew J. Hullihen, 19, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary.

Alexander Elias Dawson, 20, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, was charged Thursday with two counts of identic information theft, eight counts of credit card impersonation less than $500, using or disclosing another person's credit card numbers and stealing another person's credit card.

Brian Ronald Davis, 30, of the 600 block of Walker Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Laura Elizabeth Blodgett, 30, of the 600 block of Walker Street, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism less than $500.

Christopher Michael McFarlin, 27, of the 400 block of Stepney Road, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism less than $500.

A caller at Ryland Homes in the 800 block of South Stepney Road reported last Wednesday someone broke into a show home in the Beechtree Golf Course community.

Aberdeen police report:

David Lee Martin, 34, of the 300 block of North Earlton Road in Havre de Grace, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Abingdon

Christopher Cyle Locke, 22, of the first block of Valiant Drive, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with passing a forged public document, theft less than $100, obtaining goods by forgery and issuing or possessing forged currency.

Diana Kneipp, 34, of the 100 block of Waldon Road, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license and privilege were suspended.

Larry Tyrone Williams, 42, of the 300 block of Tall Pines Court, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

A caller in the 500 block of Kirkcaldy Way reported phone harassment last Wednesday.

A caller in the 200 block of Star Pointe Court reported last Wednesday a suspicious man was inside the building when he shouldn't be.

A caller in the 2800 block of Orchard Lakes Drive reported last Wednesday someone keyed her car.

Bel Air

Colleen C. Rahll, 25, of the 100 block of South Main Street, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana and marijuana.

Efrem Z. Hammond, 50, of the 100 block of Alice Ann Street, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Jerry Lee Sullivan, 60, of the 1800 block of East Wheel Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were revoked.

Aaron A. Spencer-Austin, 19, of the 700 block of Country Village Drive, was charged Sunday with trespassing, possession of marijuana, drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and distributing drug paraphernalia.

James M. Hagan, 26, of the 1800 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Friday with theft less than $100.

A caller in the 200 block of Prospect Mill Road reported last Wednesday a party near Prospect Mill Elementary School.

A caller in the 500 block of Woodring Drive reported last Wednesday kids assaulted the caller's son.

A caller in the 800 block of Flintlock Drive reported last Wednesday the caller's daughter was assaulted at a party on Prospect Mill Road.

A caller in the 500 block of Ruth Avenue reported last Wednesday vandals damaged property.

A caller in the 1200 block of Forest Oak Court reported last Wednesday the caller's son was out of control.

A caller in the 700 block of Chambers Circle reported last Wednesday someone vandalized a vehicle.

A caller in the 700 block of Belair Road reported an associate at Wawa stole money.

A caller in the 500 block of Inglewood Road reported last Wednesday someone vandalized a vehicle.

Bel Air police report:

James Michael Whalen, 20, of the 1300 block of Belair Road, was charged Monday with vandalism more than $500, endangerment with an alcoholic beverage and vandalism more than $500.
