Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Stephanie Johnson, 30, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants in cases in which she was charged with fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault, animal abuse and abandonment of animal.

Marc Philippe Steele, 44, of the first block of Liberty Street, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

A caller in the 1400 block of Old Philadelphia Road reported Saturday vandals broke a window.

A caller in the 900 block of North Stepney Road reported Sunday someone vandalized property.

A caller in the 1800 block of Mitchell Drive reported a fight outside Sunday.

A caller in the 2100 block of Forestside Drive reported Tuesday an employee stole property.

Aberdeen police report:

Leroy Delbert Tittle, 38, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Stephen Lester Culley, 50, of the 1200 block of Superior Street in Havre de Grace, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Heather Thompson, 24, of the 400 block of Busby Drive in Perryman, was charged with three counts of burglary, three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, vandalism less than $500 and conspiracy to commit vandalism less than $500.

Frank Jackson, 48, of the 600 block of North Stepney Road, was charged Tuesday with trespassing and theft less than $100.

Marquise Tavis St. John, 21, of the 200 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

A caller at Burton Manor, in the 600 block of Cornell Street, told police Wednesday she wanted to bar some trespassers from the property.

A caller in the 800 block of Edmund Street told police Wednesday someone broke the window with a BB gun.

A caller in the 100 block of Farm Road told police Wednesday money was missing from a gun cabinet.

Police responded to reports of a man assaulting his girlfriend by the pavilion in Festival Park, in the first block of Howard Street, on Tuesday.

Police responded to reports of someone trespassing at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Tuesday.

Abingdon

Michael Scott Schwartz III, 18, of the 3100 block of Deep Creek Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Amanda Gabrielle Scvison, 19, of the 3000 block of Scotch Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage under age 21.

Christopher Ferguson, 30, of the 2900 block of Indian Summer Court, was charged Tuesday with first- and second-degree assault.

A caller in the 100 block of Waldon Road reported Saturday someone was dumping trash in the area.

A caller in the 700 block of Perthshire Place reported Saturday his wife was using drugs.

A caller in the 3000 block of Abingdon Road reported Saturday a woman was following him.

Antonio Adam Alvez, 42, of the 500 block of Red Pump Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Christian Dennis Sherman, 40, of the 1200 block of Kirby Circle, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

A caller in the 200 block of Point to Point Square reported Saturday someone stole a kayak.

A caller in the first block of Canvas Place reported Saturday someone vandalized the house.

Someone walked into the Harford County Sheriff's Office Headquarters in the first block of South Main Street Saturday and reported someone else vandalized a vehicle earlier in the week.
