The National Weather Service was calling for Wednesday to be mostly sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 91 degrees and west winds of 6 to 14 miles per hour. The weather service has a small craft advisory in effect for the Chesapeake Bay for Wednesday afternoon and early evening.

Wednesday night was expected to be mostly clear, with a low around 68 and northwest winds about 9 miles per hour.

Thursday was expected to be sunny, with a high near 85 degrees and northwest winds of 5 to 8 miles per hour.

Thursday night was expected to be mostly clear, with a low around 64 and west winds of 6 miles per hour or less.
