Aberdeen

Martin Antione Fisher, 21, of the 400 block of Elmhurst Street, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana.

David R. Mullins, or David R. Mullins Jr., 30, of the 800 block of Randolph Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

A caller in the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard reported last Wednesday a neighbor was stealing mail.

A caller at Clark Loan and Jewelry in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard reported Friday someone stole jewelry.

A caller in the first block of William Powell Court reported Friday someone stole something.

Cierra N. White, 24, of the 2300 block of Bryant Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with issuing counterfeit order and theft less than $100.
