Michael S. Latourette, 25, of the 100 block of Crothers Road in Rising Sun, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possessing a suspended license, displaying suspended license, driving while his registration was suspended, failure to display registration card on demand, driving while his license and privilege were suspended, displaying expired registration plates issued by any state, driving an uninsured vehicle and operating unregistered vehicle. Latourette was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.
Robert Lee Oliver, 26, of the 1200 block of Parham Street in Henderson, N.C., was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from Connecticut justice.
