Eric Michael Steinhart, 34, of the 400 block of Timonium Court, was charged Wednesday with attempting to elude uniformed police by failing to stop, driver attempting to elude police in official police vehicle by failing to stop, failure to stop after accident involving attended vehicle or property damage, failure to return and remain at scene of accident involving attended vehicle or property damage, failure of driver in accident involving damage to furnish required identification and license, failure of driver in accident to give insurance police information, negligent driving, reckless driving, aggressive driving, failure to stop upon approach by emergency vehicle using signals, failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicle using signals, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving off roadway while passing vehicle, unsafe lane change, following too closely and two speed-related charges.

Joshua Jason Spies, 25, of the 700 block of South Union Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Cynthia Lynn Smith, 51, of the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged July 14 with trespassing.

A 15-year-old from the 400 block of Battery Drive and a 16-year-old from the 600 block of Spinnaker Way were charged with theft July 13.

Ronald Lyle Starner, 47, of the 600 block of Green Street, was charged Sunday with failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

Christian Gabriel Schafer, 23, of the 300 block of Pintail Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to make required stop at stop sign and negligent driving.

James Davidlee Lawrence, 27, of the 1000 block of Ropka Lane, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended, driving while his license was suspended, driving without required license and authorization, possessing a suspended license and displaying suspended license.

Jeremy Wayne Hartsell, 33, of the 1800 block of Shirley Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Joseph Coye Hall, 28, of the 200 block of Foster Knoll Drive, was charged Tuesday in two separate cases with violating a protection order, second-degree assault and two counts of violating a protection order and second-degree assault.

Walter Paul Ross Jr., 31, of the 1200 block of Pulaski Highway, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with attempting to elude police in official police vehicle by failing to stop.
