A 20-year-old Baltimore man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison Thursday for dealing crack and powder cocaine in Northeast Baltimore's 4X4 neighborhood, the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office announced.

Raymond "Money" Moore was part of a "drug distribution organization" from at least June 2009 through August 2010, according to prosecutors, operating out of a small, relatively closed section of Baltimore near the Catholic High School of Maryland. The 4X4 neighborhood is characterized by four streets running north to south (Greenview, St. Cloud, Highview and Longview avenues) and four running east to west (Ravenwood, Elmora, Lyndale and Elmley avenues).
