Daniel Eric Kuzmenka, 20, of the 100 block of 12th Street in Wood Ridge, N.J., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, driver consuming alcoholic beverage in passenger area of vehicle on highway and two speed-related charges.

Dwight Lamar Marshall, 31, of the 900 block of Seabreeze Court in Chesapeake, Va., was charged Tuesday with possessing marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute and importing drugs into the state.

Philip Gathuri Wambugu, 29, of the 100 block of McCormick Boulevard in Newark, Del., was charged Monday with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failure to obey traffic control devices.

Eric Jordan Levine, 27, of the 8000 block of Centerstone Drive in Huntington Beach, Calif., was charged Monday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Louis Carl Hayman, 30, of the 5900 block of Prince George Street in Gwynn Oak, was charged Sunday with marijuana possession.

Kenneth Gallmon, 30, of the first block of Starwood Court in Middle River, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving 70 miles per hour in a 50 mile-per-hour zone and consuming alcohol in a passenger zone.

Vincent Spencer, 22, of the 600 block of Laurel Street in Riverside, N.J., was arrested Friday on a warrant fromNew Jersey.

Donald W. Mclain, 22, of the first block of North Main Street in Sherburne, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Donny Lee Fukushima, 36, of the 2000 block of Lowells Glen Road in Parkville, was charged Wednesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving with alcohol in blood in violation of a restriction.

Cory M. Furtado, 22, of the 100 block of Chase Street in North Digton, Mass., was charged July 12 with not wearing a seatbelt and possessing marijuana.
