APGFCU Names Keith C. O'Neil Jr. as new senior vice president of information technology

Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, Harford and Cecil counties' largest credit union, has hired Keith C. O'Neil Jr. the senior vice president of information technology.

O'Neil brings more than 14 years of progressive technical and management expertise to APGFCU. As a key member of the executive management team, he will help lead the credit union's information technology efforts to provide world-class member service and drive innovation. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic technology plan to enable growth consistent with the credit union's mission.

Prior to joining APGFCU, O'Neil held information technology management positions with Tower Federal Credit Union, Quorum Federal Credit Union and Summit Information Systems.

O'Neil earned a master of business administration in technology management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor of science in economics from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a certified information systems security professional and is president of the North East Mid-Atlantic Summit Users Group.
