Centennial High School Boosters Summer Camps — Sponsored by the Centennial High School Boosters Summer Camps. Offering basketball, football, lacrosse and soccer. Runs weekly through Aug. 12, at Centennial High School, 4300 Centennial Lane, Ellicott City. $120-$150. 410-313-2865.

Art Camp — Offered by the Columbia Art Center. Activities include printmaking, painting, sculpture, collage, drawing, clay and more. Art specialists will teach campers to experiment with colors, textures and mediums in a variety of theme-based projects as they travel throughout Columbia Art Center from studio to studio. Camp includes Zumba dancing and swimming. Gallery show of campers' art work at the end of each two-week session. For grades 1-8. Extended care available. The Etiquette School of Maryland Summer Camp — Offering week-long summer camps for boys and girls ages 4-12 to help increase self-esteem and allows children to feel confident in any social situation. Manners Can Be Fun, for ages 4-7, teaches greetings, eye contact, body talk, table manners, kindness, helping others and more. Mad About Manners, for ages 8-12, teaches social etiquette, communication skills and table manners. Class size is limited. Howard County Arts Council Arts Camps — Offered by the Howard County Arts Council. Offering one- and two-week visual and performing arts camps for grades K-7, which conclude with an exhibit or performance of student work on the last day of camp.
