Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Marcus Allan Johnson, 20, of the 200 block of Forest Greens Road, was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

Amanda Jewel Walter, 26, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on two bench warrants in cases in which she was charged with theft less than $100, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A caller in the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard reported last Friday someone stole an air compressor for a cooling unit.

A caller in the 100 block of Spesutia Road reported last Friday someone broke a car window.

A caller in the 300 block of Irish Lane reported Sunday someone broke into the garage overnight.

A caller in the 1500 block of Maple Avenue reported Tuesday someone possibly stole lights.

A caller in the 600 block of Holly Avenue reported loud noise that sounded like someone was being murdered.

Marie L. Velez, 29, of the 700 block of Webb Street, was charged Tuesday with altering a drug or alcohol test.

Eddie Carter, 19, of the first block of East Street, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a drug other than marijuana and possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute.

Police responded to reports of a moped stolen from a porch in the first block of Swan Street on Tuesday.

A caller in the 100 block of North Post Road told police Tuesday someone stole two bicycles.

Police responded to reports Wednesday from Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, of a woman being assaulted by her boyfriend.

A caller in the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue told police a young man tried to break into the home Wednesday.

Police responded to reports of sugar placed in a gas tank of a vehicle at Cook Motor Cars, in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday.

Lloyd Franklin Nash, 48, of the 2900 block of Salford Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.
