Man shot in North Baltimore Saturday night

27-year-old being treated at a city hospital

A 27-year-old man was shot multiple times in North Baltimore Saturday night, city police said.

Police were called to a city hospital where the man was being treated. The victim was believed to have been shot in the 400 block of Ilchester Avenue, near Barclay Street, in the Harwood neighborhood, police said.

Also, city police on Sunday released the identity of a 20-year-old man fatally shot in North Baltimore Friday night. His name as William Daughtry III. He would have turned 21 Monday.

Police responding to the 1400 block of Stonewood Road for a report of a shooting at 11:18 p.m. Friday found Daughtry with a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he died at 12:07 a.m. Saturday, police said.
