John Carl Lewis, 30, of the 200 block of Engle Avenue, was charged Wednesday with failure to comply with a peace order, telephone misuse by making repeat calls and harassment as a course of conduct.

Kenneth Guntrhop, 31, of the 4600 block of Valleyview Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with fourth-degree burglary.

Derrick Devlon Jackson, 29, of the 1600 block of Presser Court in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with making a false statement to an officer.

John Kenneth Mooney, 38, of the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Dennis Michael Raftery, 24, of the 2800 block of Beckon Drive, was charged Wednesday with obstructing and hindering police and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Aaron H. Hodges, 30, of the 1900 block of Elaise Lane, according to police and court records, was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a lawful police order.
