Heather Ann Neeper, 24, of the 7800 block of Saint Claire Lane in Dundalk, was arrested Saturday and charged with failing to obey traffic control devices, failing to obey lane directions, failing to display a license on demand, failing to display a registration card on demand, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while impaired by a dangerous substance, negligent driving and driving with a child under age 16 not secured by a seatbelt.
Aminah Kamar Wazeerud-Din, 31, of the 100 block of West Market Street in Newark, N.J., was arrested Friday and charged with possessing marijuana.
