Dolan, 23, of the 600 block of Churchill Road, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driver consuming alcoholic beverage in passenger area of vehicle on highway, negligent driving, failure to drive right of center, driver turning without giving adequate signal, making unsafe lane change, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving vehicle without adequate rear registration plate illumination, failure to display registration card on demand and speeding.
Zachary Sebastian Morin, 19, of the 1900 block of Laurel Oak Drive, was arrested Friday on three bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with two counts of trespassing, fourth-degree burglary, resisting arrest, false imprisonment, obstructing and hindering police, trespassing and vandalism less than $500.
