Authorities and the family of a missing man continue to search for 40-year-old who went missing early Saturday morning.

Mark Allen Harvison of Pasadena went missing at about 2 a.m. from a 30-foot, Rampage fishing boat between the Severn River and Thomas Point Lighthouse.

He was aboard his boss Charles Martin Carlson, III's boat, when Carlson said he got up and walk to the stern of the boat, and a short time later, he was missing, said Harvison's brother Chris.

"We've been out every day since. We've been the only ones out," he said. "We need more people out here."

Sgt. Art Windemuth, spokesman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police, said search teams are searching for the missing person and investigating his disappearance.

Chris Harvison said his brother was an experienced boater — "we were raised on the water," he said.

He said his brother does design installation of home security and entertainment systems and has a 7-year-old son.

"We just want him to bring him home," Chris Harvison said.
