Unlocked doors and windows lead to burglaries

East Columbia

Westleigh Drive, 10100 block, 4:21 a.m. May 22. Entry gained.

Tamar Drive, 8800 block, 10:17 a.m. May 21. Gray 2008 Toyota Avalon stolen.

Catfeet Court, 9700 block, between 3 and 4:45 p.m. May 20. Entry gained by breaking window. Nothing stolen.

Coleman Thomas Road, 9200 block, between 12:19 and 1:11 p.m. May 19. Entry gained through unlocked window. Television, gaming system and games stolen.

Indian Pipe Court, 7500 block, between 10:30 p.m. May 17 and 6:30 a.m. May 18. Entry gained to open garage. Laptop stolen from unlocked vehicle.

West Columbia

Sternwheel Place, 10400 block, 8:50 p.m. May 20. Entry gained through unsecured front door. Laptop and video game stolen.

Governor Warfield and Little Patuxent Parkway, 5:32 a.m. May 18. White 2003 Dodge van stolen.

Little Patuxent Parkway, 11600 block, between 12 p.m. May 16 and 11 a.m. May 19. Entry gained through unlocked window; residence ransacked.

Wollingford Court, 11800 block, between 6:30 p.m. May 17 and 7:30 a.m. May 18. Entry gained through unlocked door. Television stolen.

Hickory Ridge Road, 10300 block, 12:46 p.m. May 17. Red 2006 Chevrolet HHR stolen.

Lime Kiln Road, 12800 block, between 9 a.m. May 12 and 3 p.m. May 17. Entry gained to house under construction. Railings, counter tops and molding stolen.

Durham Road East, 5200 block, between midnight May 12 and 3:30 p.m. May 16. Entry attempted.
