Harford County Sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Melanie Brooke Burns, 29, of the 100 block of Alton Street, was charged Saturday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driivng with alcohol in blood in violation of restriction, driving while her license and privilege were revoked, failure to display registration card on demand, failure to display license on demand, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and failure to make required stop at signal, sign or pavement mark.

Jairo Cesar Banegas-Salgado, 33, of the 100 block of Stevens Street, was charged Wednesday with failure to display license on demand, failure to display registration card on demand, driving without required license and authorization and driving while operator or occupant under age 16 was not restrained by seatbelt

Aberdeen Police report:

Brandon Grafton, 22, of the 8000 block of Keeton Road in Elkridge, was charged Sunday with theft less than $100.

Robert Edwin Dunlap, 31, of the first block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Abingdon

Dana Fred Hanna, 32, of the 400 block of Abbey Circle Drive, was charged Friday with resisting or interfering with arrest, failure of driver in accident to notify owner of unattended damage, failure to stop after unattended damage accident, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

A caller in the 100 block of Waldon Road reported last Wednesday someone playing loud music in another apartment.

A caller in the 4000 block of Sharilynn Drive reported last Wednesday a neighbor harassing the caller.

A caller at Walmart in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard reproted last Wednesday someone stole a bill out of her purse.

A caller in the 2900 block of Ruskin Court reported last Wednesday a juvenile loitering in the area.

A caller in the 2800 block of Lanarkshire Way reported last Wednesay her ex-husband possilby stalking her.

Bel Air

Brian J. Dippel, 19, of the 1700 block of Stone Ridge Court, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and drinking an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Eric Eugene Dorsey Jr., 24, of the 200 block of Hunters Run Terrace, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana.

Daniel Joshua McGhee, 32, of the 200 block of Foxhall Drive, was charged Saturday with trespassing on private property.

Cassandra Marie Pellegrini, 22, of the 1000 block of Jeanett Way, was charged Saturday with trespassing on private property.

Shane Matthew Dicara, 19, of the 900 block of Cedarday Drive, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at steady red signal.

Sharoy Lee Evans, 32, of the 600 block of Friar Tuck Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Colin Gregory Stiles, 21, of the 600 block of Deep Ridge Road, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence per se.

A caller in the 1100 block of Jeanett Way reported last Wednesday a former neighbor trespassing.

A caller at the Harford County Sheriff's Office Headquarters in the first block of South Main Street reported a hit and run accident at Shop Rite last week.

A caller in the 900 block of Richwood Road reported last Wednesday suspected drug activity on an apartment balcony.

A caller at Kohl's in the first block of Bel Air South Parkway reported last Wednesday a woman shoplifting.

A caller in the area of Plymouth Road and Wentworth Drive reported last Wednesday someone suspicious looking in vehicles.

A caller at Harford Community College Joppa Hall in the 400 block of Thomas Run Road reported last Wednesday an assault.

A caller in the 2500 block of Fairway Drive reported last Wednesday someone possibly broke into a black Chevy Avalanche.

Edgewood

Romona Dillard, 43, of the 1800 block of Graymount Way, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Ryan Pratt, 30, of the 600 block of Dogwood Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree burglary, two counts of theft less than $100 and trespassing on private property.

Sekeana Baldwin, 23, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Sunday with retaliating against a witness, harassment and telephone misuse by making repeat calls.

Javan Pierre Moore, 24, of the 1000 block of Lake Front Drive, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended

Linda D. Seward, 47, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and obstructing and hindering police.

Brandon F. Best, 16, of the 100 block of Broadneck Crossing Way, was charged Saturday with illegally having a handgun on his person, possession of firearm and possession of marijuana.
