Fidelity Investigations & Consulting, a full-service private detective agency, announced its move to the Gaylord Brooks office building on Jarrettsville Pike, in Phoenix. Principal member Douglas Wolfe, a 28-year federal law enforcement veteran, said in a news release that "the Phoenix area provides convenient access to our clients and the courts in the greater Baltimore area." The agency is licensed to conduct criminal and civil investigations throughout Maryland. Formed in 2009, Fidelity Investigations specializes in federal white-collar defense and other criminal defense investigations, as well as a wide range of criminal and civil investigations. Wolfe and his wife, Beverly, are both members of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, and live in Phoenix.

The Joseph E. Shaner Co. has named Meghan Brady, of Phoenix, as the new assistant director of communications and marketing. Brady assists with the communication efforts of several clients, including the American Institute of Floral Designers, the Professional Grounds Management Society and the Maryland Chiropractic Association. As assistant director, she helps update and maintain clients' websites as well as creating newsletters and other marketing materials in line with clients' needs. She also develops press materials and distributes them to the appropriate audiences.

Brady is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame Preparatory School, in Towson, and received her bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing from Virginia Tech in 2010.
