Outlook: Both teams enter this contest with perfect records in the Big East. The Fighting Irish's top-ranked defense in Division I is anchored by sophomore goalkeeper John Kemp, who ranks second in goals-against average (5.96) and save percentage (.631). Junior attackman Tom Palasek, a Johns Hopkins transfer who was named the Big East Offensive Player of the Week, leads the Orange in scoring over the past three games with nine points.


UMBC (10-5) at No. 7 Albany (14-0)

Saturday, noon

Outlook: The right to host the America East tournament will be on the line in this regular-season finale when the Retrievers play the Great Danes, one of only two unbeaten teams remaining in Division I, along with Maryland.
