City police have identified a man who was shot Wednesday afternoon in West Baltimore and later died of his injuries.
An officer responded about 3 p.m. to a call for a shooting at North Calhoun and Laurens streets, in the Sandtown-Winchester community, and found the victim, identified as Kareem Randall.
