Exhibition The Maryland Federation of Art presents its Spring Member Show, an all media juried exhibit, Friday, April 22, through May 15 at the Circle Gallery, 18 State Circle in Annapolis. 'Rite of Spring' Abstract oil pastels on paper by Ruth Pettus are on view through May 27 at Adkins Arboretum's Visitors Center, 12610 Eveland Road near Tuckahoe State Park in Ridgely. Art exhibit The Washington Calligraphers Guild 35th Anniversary Juried Exhibit is on display in the Galleries at Quiet Waters Park, 600 Quiet Waters Park Road in Annapolis, through June 5. Exhibit features more than 75 works from the community of calligraphers and lettering artists from the guild's U.S. and international members. Most artwork is for sale. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. The park charges a daily vehicle entry fee of $6 per car. Information: 410-222-1777.

Juried exhibition The Maryland Federation of Art presents the 34th annual Art on Paper, a national juried exhibition of more than 70 paper artworks selected from more than 1,000 nationwide submissions, through Sunday, April 17, at the Circle Gallery, 18 State Circle in Annapolis. 'Water's Edge' An exhibition of the maritime photography of Lisa Masson will be on display through April 30 at the Annapolis Maritime Museum, 723 Second St. All artwork is for sale.
