Man shot in both arms in Southwest Baltimore's Cherry Hill

Injuries are not life-threatening

City police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday evening in a Cherry Hill public housing complex.

A man was shot in both arms just before 6:30 p.m. in the area of Spelman Road and North Denham Circle in Southwest Baltimore's Cherry Hill Homes, said Detective Nicole Monroe, a police spokeswoman.

Monroe said the man's injuries were not considered life-threatening. Police did not know of any motives or suspects and declined to identify the victim.
