Man in serious condition after stabbing in Baltimore

35-year-old stabbed in thigh, police did not identify victim

A 35-year-old man remained in serious condition Sunday in a Baltimore hospital after being stabbed, police said.

The incident took place shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday on the 3200 block of Belair Road, where officers found the man sitting on a staircase and suffering from a stab wound to the thigh, according to Det. Kevin Brown, a police spokesman.

Brown did not identify the victim.
