Open to all original art and photography media, including sculpture, from traditional to contemporary work, using a variety of techniques and imaginative interpretations. Carnival The annual Jewish Federation of Howard County Purim Carnival takes place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at Reservoir High School, 11550 Scaggsville Road in Fulton. Event features entertainment by Washington Talent and DJ Doug; the festival includes games, vendors, face painting, crafts, prizes and raffles, a coffeehouse, food and more. Admission is $10 per family or $5 per person. Volunteer opportunities are available as well as high school community service hours. Exhibitor space is available.
