The senior guard averaged 19 points and 4.3 steals last week in leading the Lions to their first regional championship in 15 years. She got the Lions off to a quick start with 18 of her 20 points in the first half of a 67-15 romp over Northeast and then scored 17 in a 44-28 win over Reservoir. In the Class 3A East regional final, she had 20 points and four assists in a 54-43 win over Centennial. She leads the Lions (20-5) with 10.6 point, and 4.4 assists for the season. A transfer from Hammond, Wise plays Amateur Athletic Union basketball for the Columbia Ravens. She has a 3.0 GPA and is looking to play in college.
