Four stabbed after Parkville bar brawl

One man stabbed in the chest, another in back

Four people were stabbed after a fight broke out at the Cheers Bar & Grill in Parkville early Saturday morning, Baltimore County police said.

Officers were called around 2 a.m. to the bar in the 1900 block of East Joppa Road for reports of a fight. One person was taken into custody, police said.

One man was stabbed in the chest and another was stabbed in the lower back; both were taken to Bayview Medical Center.

Two others were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital. One was stabbed in the shoulder and one in the hand.

A police dispatcher did not know their conditions Saturday afternoon or what caused the fight.

No one answered at the bar Saturday afternoon.
