An open letter to the bad drivers on the JFX

February 01, 2011

Is it worth inconveniencing thousands of other drivers to go too fast, follow too close, cut in and out of lanes or drive distracted or drowsy? How many nights in the last month have other drivers spent an hour or more to go 6-7 miles after work to compensate for your moment of carelessness? At how much cost for emergency response time? If you don't care about inconveniencing the rest of us, at least care a little about your own safety. What will it take for you to return to sensible driving? I implore you, please.
