Panel discussion Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) will hold a panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center, 7246 Cradlerock Way, Columbia. Open house Gan Israel Preschool and Kindergarten will hold an open house at 9:30 a.m. The school is accepting applications for the 2011-2012 school year and places are available for the 2s, 3s, 4s and kindergarten levels. Gift show The annual "Artfully Wilde" gift show takes place Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12 and 13, at the Slayton House Gallery, 10400 Cross Fox Lane in Columbia. Hours are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Works being offered by artists include iron, wood, glass, pottery, fiber art, jewelry, cards and more.
