Towson (1-7) @ Delaware (7-1)

Time: 3:30 p.m.

Site: Delaware Stadium

Radio: 1370 AM

Series: Delaware leads 7-4.

What's at stake: Towson and Delaware meet for the 12th time in a series that dates to 1982. The Tigers, owners of the worst record in the Colonial Athletic Association, have lost six consecutive games after falling to Rhode Island last week, 30-20. Delaware enters Saturday's game ranked No. 5 in the Sports Network/Fathead.com Football Championship Subdivision poll and in first place in the CAA. The Blue Hens suffered their first loss of the season last week, 17-16, at William & Mary.

Key matchup: Delaware freshman RB Andrew Pierce is the leading rusher in the CAA, averaging 5.2 yards per carry and 116.9 yards per game. Pierce leads all CAA backs with 10 rushing touchdowns. Towson senior DT Yaky Ibia's 41 tackles rank third among conference defensive linemen. Ibia has recorded nine tackles for a loss, third in the CAA.

Players to watch: Towson senior WR Hakeem Moore leads the CAA in all-purpose yards this season with 1,105. Moore is also first among CAA receivers with 19.7 yards per catch. Moore will likely be catching passes from graduate student Bart Blanchard; Towson has suspended junior QB Chris Hart indefinitely for a violation of team rules. Sophomore DB Jordan Dangerfield leads the Tigers with 75 tackles. Delaware senior QB Pat Devlin passes for 185 yards per game. Devlin, a transfer from Penn State, has thrown for six touchdowns and only one interception. Blue Hens senior DB Tyrone Grant is second in the conference with four interceptions.
