Police investigating fatal shooting in East Baltimore

Two other nonfatal shootings also reported

A 53-year-old man was fatally shot Tuesday night in East Baltimore, according to Baltimore Police.

An officer went to the 2500 block of Robb Street, in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello neighborhood at about 9:30 p.m. and found a man lying on the porch with a gunshot wound in the left side of his torso, police said.

He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:22 p.m., according to police.

According to information police received, the victim and the shooter had an argument, police said.

Police are also investigating two other nonfatal shootings. A man was shot in the leg at 8:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of E. 25th Street in the Darley Park neighborhood, according to police.

A 30-year-old man was shot in the left thigh and left foot in the 2000 block of Robb Street, in the East Baltimore Midway community, early Saturday morning, according to Baltimore Police.

Investigators received information about the shooting on Nov. 1, police said.

A sergeant near Kennedy and 20th streets heard three to four gunshots at about 3:03 a.m., but after canvassing the area found no crime scene or victim, according to police. A discharging of a firearm was also reported at 3:41 a.m. but no victim was found.

The victim walked into Baltimore County's Franklin Square Hospital for treatment, according to police.
