Two 10-year-old boys charged in connection with the May 16 beating death of a puppy on a Southwest Baltimore golf course were found responsible — the juvenile equivalent of guilty — Friday in Juvenile Court, according to the Baltimore State's Attorney's Office.

A third suspect, identified by witness testimony, has also been arrested.

Police said the boys, whose names were withheld, battered the puppy with belts and sticks at the Carroll Park Municipal Golf Course.
