Democrats are scared to run on their records

October 14, 2010

Where are the Democrat candidates for office in the upcoming midterm elections who will stand up proudly and run on their votes with President Obama's policies that were jammed through Congress and rammed down the throats of the American people without anyone even reading the bills?

They were jumping up and down with glee when they passed the health care reform law without anyone even reading the 2,000-plus page bill, and they were exuberant when the stimulus and bailouts were passed, creating even larger deficits to our economy.

If they are so proud of their votes, why aren't they running on these so-called achievements? The answer is, of course, is that such spending measures and legislation are becoming more and more apparent as disasters for the American people and the economy, and these liberal Democrat candidates can only run on trying to destroy their opponents through personal attacks.

Candidates in most states are fleeing to the tall grass when Mr. Obama comes to their states to campaign for Democrats. The liberals can run, but they cannot hide from the electorate who are rising up against all of this socialist agenda. It is "We the People" who have the opportunity to show these arrogant, ruling class Democrat liberals that we are the owners of this nation, and not the socialists currently in power.

If the Republicans win the elections, the people will likewise hold them accountable to rule by the Constitution, or they will also feel the wrath of the American people.
