Water service has been restored to 100 homes in Northeast Baltimore County Tuesday morning after a 12-inch main was repaired in two places, according to Baltimore public works officials.

Harford Road has reopened to traffic in both directions between Joppa and Northwind roads, said Kurt Kocher, spokesman for Baltimore Public Works.

However, county officials must repave the road, he said.
