Three shot in two separate incidents in city

Baltimore police are investigating two shootings, one in early Tuesday evening in East Baltimore, and one early Wednesday in West Baltimore.

Police responded to a report of a shooting at about 7 p.m. Tuesday and found two men, ages 30 and 26, in the 2600 block of E. Preston St. in the Berea neighborhood. Each was suffering from gunshot wounds. The 30-year-old had multiple gunshot wounds to the lower portion of his body, while the 26-year-old had been shot in the leg. Both men were taken to an area hospital.

At 1:09 a.m., police received a report of a shooting in the unit block of S. Kossuth St., in the Saint Josephs neighborhood. Police found a 21-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his left arm and shoulder. The man was taken to an area hospital.

Police had no word on motives or suspects in either case.
