Gubernatorial candidates snub National Guard

September 07, 2010

The Maryland National Guard had a booth right next to the Republican Party's booth at the Maryland State Fair, yet Bob Ehrlich, who spent a fair amount of time campaigning last week at the fair, never once turned to the members of the Maryland Guard and acknowledged the military, not even once, for their work defending the state of Maryland or our country. Don't start jumping for glee, O'Malley supporters, last year at the fair our present governor also totally snubbed the guard.
