Three lanes on southbound Interstate 95 in Harford County were closed while emergency responders righted a jackknifed tractor-trailer Wednesday morning, according to Maryland State Police.
The crash was reported at about 8:44 a.m. near Raphael Road. No injuries were reported, according to the JFK barracks.
At 9:45 a.m., the lanes were nearly cleared for reopening, according to officials.
