Baltimore City offices will be closed Friday as part of the Fiscal Year 2011 Furlough Plan. All city buildings will be closed, with the exception of police headquarters. Residents will not be able to pay city bills in person or get permits. Some bills can be paid online at baltimorecity.gov.
•Curbside and city container trash and recycling will be collected as usual.
•There will be no bulk trash collection.
•Citizen drop-off centers will be closed.
