Baltimore County fire officials say one person was injured in a flash fire on a locomotive in Sparrows Point. It happened about 4:40 p.m. Monday at the locomotive repair shop on the Severstal property at the Sparrows Point plant.

Officials said the fire was caused by a leaky fuel system.

The employee was burned on his arm and was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Severstal North America spokeswoman Bette Kovach said.
